ES VEDRÀ
The small rocky island of Es Vedrà rises 413m above the sea and is situated
off the south western seaboard of Ibiza and is part of a nature reserve.
Es Vedrà is a place full of magic and mysticism. The island, replete with
many myths and legends, attracts many visitors who are dazzled by the
natural spectacle. The sunsets are a particular highlight and will
undoubtedly cast a spell over you.

The rocky island is now one of Ibiza's must-see attractions and is truly a
picturesque and breathtakingly beautiful sight to behold. Es Vedrà exudes a
sense of peace and tranquility and is believed to be the third most
magnetic spot on earth.
TIME & SPACE
Another highlight in the Can Senador area is the 'Time and Space'. Off the beaten track and nestled on the steep western coast of the White Isle stands the impressive 'Time and Space' monument, consisting of 13 basalt columns set against the rocky outcrops and crystal sea and rising from the stunning natural surroundings of the coastline. This monumental structure was erected by the Australian land art artist Andrew Rogers.
The special magical Ibiza experience emanates strongly around this sculpture
which is arranged to represent the solar system with the sun at its center.
​Here visitors lay stone circles in the form of spirals, build stone towers or
throw a stone on the pillars and manifest for a wish to become a reality.

​A mere 160m to the north is yet another impressive work of art, Las Puertas de Can Soleil which some also call 'The Doors to Nothing'. These doorway structures are located on the property of the founder of the Cirque du Soleil, hence its name.
CALA BASSA
This trendy beach near San Antonio is just a 10 minute drive from Can
Senador. It is very popular among the tourists and with the locals as well.
The sun-drenched beach is graced with soft pale golden sand, crystal clear
turquoise waters and there are many hip restaurants, bars and diverse
water activities on offer. The wooden walkways and gnarled Sabina trees so
emblematic of the island blend beautifully into the overall vista of the
landscape. There is something for everyone here and children may swim
safely on the family friendly beaches.
CALA TARIDA
The tourist beach resort of Cala Tarida with its fine white sand is located on
the west coast of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia and is sheltered by well-urbanised
surrounding hills. It is one of the most desirable areas in Ibiza and offers a
variety of activities on its family oriented beaches. Can Senador is a mere 5
minute drive by car.
